The reception hall, set behind a canopied entrance with a very attractive glass paneled front door, has the original herringbone patterned quarry tiled floor and a stripped wooden staircase.

In the spacious lounge and breakfast room the original fire surrounds have been retained with cast iron inserts and tiling. Off this room is a large kitchen with tiled floor and stainless steel worktops with commercial cooker, stainless steel fridge and freezer access through into the utility room with down stairs toilet.

The back door opens onto a patio area and car park with small walled flowerbeds. The rooms have all been decorated and furnished to the highest standards with each room having it’s own individuality.

Ludlow is a thriving historic market town steeped in history and has a reputation of being the UK’s first Cittaslow town with a population of around 10,000 people. It has nearly 500 listed buildings and a Norman Castle which is famous not only for staging the Ludlow Festival each year in June and July, Ludlow Marches Food and Drink Festival in September, but also the Medieval Christmas Fayre.

Ludlow is also known for the parish church of St. Laurence and its magnificent stained glass windows. Climb to the top for the most stunning views.

Renowned for its Michelin Star restaurants, it brings visitors from all over to experience the taste of fine food. Ludlow’s open air street market is in the square by the famous canon near the castle and operates on four days of every week, and on the second Thursday of every months runs a market for local producers.
